I booked the Premier Family room. It was so spacious! It has two bathroom which was handy. It also had a washing machine (detergent provided) and dryer where you can scan for instructions. One room had a king bed and the other a queen. There is so much storage in there. The bathroom was nice and clean. The living and dining area was very spacious. Umbrellas in the rooms should you need it. The staff was very helpful with getting us a taxi when needed. They will take a huge deposit for your stay but they will refund it upon checkout. We were also able to leave our lugguage there after checkout. Location was about a 15 min walk to Coco park otherwise a short taxi ride. There is steamed buns just outside the hotel for a quick breakfast, fruit shop and 7-11 just up the road.

The reception was excellent, and I want to give a special mention to Charlene and Alan at the front desk. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and always had a friendly smile. Their assistance made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Housekeeping was top-notch – the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, and every detail was taken care of with care and precision. The location is ideal if you're attending the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, just a short and convenient walk away. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen, especially for business trips.

A exceptional clean and hospitality hotel apartment. The good hospitality was from hotel staffs including cleaner. I booked a 2 rooms premium apartment was big , clean and bright. My elder mum had a better sleep here than at home. It has everything we needed, including washing machine with detergent provided. Kitchen was also well equipped, shower water pressure was good for showering. We can ask for anything needed if there is shortage including extra blanket , pillows. 5 + 1 stars rating overall.

Nice view on Ping Ang financial centre building. 15 min walking distance to Coco Park shopping mall. 10 min taxi drive to speed train station with trains to Hong Kong and Guangzhou. Nice breakfast room. Rather Chinesse style, Not too much western food variety but omlets, scramble eggs available.

The reception staff spoke English which made check in very easy. Breakfast was the usual fair with noodles being a big hit with most of the diners.
