Somerset Grandview Shenzhen

We had a fantastic stay at Somerset Grandview Hotel Shenzhen. The rooms were fabulous – spacious, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The reception was excellent, and I want to give a special mention to Charlene and Alan at the front desk. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and always had a friendly smile. Their assistance made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Housekeeping was top-notch – the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, and every detail was taken care of with care and precision. The location is ideal if you're attending the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, just a short and convenient walk away. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen, especially for business trips.

Everything. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and was upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment upon arrival 🥰 Location is awesome. A nice halal chinese noodle shop is just across. Very accessible. Staff was very helpful 🌟 very patient in communicating using translations apps. My husband left his camera in the taxi and luckily we managed to trace back the taxi driver. The staff was so kind to help us call the taxi centre to get driver’s info and he made the arrangements with the driver to send the camera to the hotel. And we got ot back!

A exceptional clean and hospitality hotel apartment. The good hospitality was from hotel staffs including cleaner. I booked a 2 rooms premium apartment was big , clean and bright. My elder mum had a better sleep here than at home. It has everything we needed, including washing machine with detergent provided. Kitchen was also well equipped, shower water pressure was good for showering. We can ask for anything needed if there is shortage including extra blanket , pillows. 5 + 1 stars rating overall.

Rather old but very conviniet and good central Shenshen position hotel. Huge many rooms apartment with small kitchenette , fridge and washing mashine. Excellent bed. Nice view on Ping Ang financial centre building. 15 min walking distance to Coco Park shopping mall. 10 min taxi drive to speed train station with trains to Hong Kong and Guangzhou. Nice breakfast room. Rather Chinesse style, Not too much western food variety but omlets, scramble eggs available.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The location is perfect — within walking distance of Coco Park. The view from my room was amazing. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again during my next visit to China. I would like to thank all the staff, especially Ms. Charlene, for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
